Today we are shooting our English Country Club story which is a 14-page fashion feature for our October issue. English Country is a big trend this fall and I like to think that it's really the impacts of Camilla Parker-Bowles, Prince Charles' wife, who is really had her own sort of underground or by [unknown] impacts on fashion.

My vision for the shoot is to see English country portrayed in quite a whimsical fairytale like [unknown].

Nothing too Polish I would say, something more irreverent and again use that word whimsical.

A little unkempt?

A little unkempt and like irreverent. Something unexpected.

It's rosiness, it really is all about rosiness. And I've-- the color is it's all about cherry.

We did some stuff with some lanterns and some ladders. Just kind of trying to bring in some texture, bring in a little bit of color, you know, give them a little [unknown] and a little something to play off of. And it's been really fun.

Since we are selected based on just one of the big trends of the season. The English country based on just the tailoring of the outfits.

I adore anything in plaid. Plaid can go on two ways, and can go very English country or it can go white, almost punk. And it's everywhere [unknown].

Tweeds are coming back, that wonderful kind of sense of wrapping yourself off in something cozy and having long hikes through gorgeous countryside. And so we shot a story which really tries to express the eccentricity of English countryside.

It's kind of fun.

One of the things we had from readers all the time is how busy they are and how little time they get to really look after themselves.

I don't find much time for myself because of the back [unknown]. I am consumed with a lot of work.

I work like 8 or 10 hours a day.

I am big stress case in general. I don't ever really alleviate stress.

Super busy. I'm probably in about 3 meetings a day and then get back to my desk and have lots of emails to answer.

And when we talk to readers they all say if they can get 20 minutes or half an hour a day where they're just able to focus on themselves, it's really the equivalent of kind of Prozac, I mean beauty is the new Prozac.

I do like to take care of my skin and I don't wear a lot of makeup. So, I, you know, I like things that are natural and organic.

Every day I'd say what a wonderful day it is today and I smell the roses. Very important to smell the roses.

Buying magazines for me in my personal life is just such a fun luxury. I do read them to relax or when I'm flying on the plane so to be in one is like I get such a kick out of it.

I try to schedule a massage at least once a month. And, you know, take the time, it doesn't matter how much it cost to just take the time, spend an hour or sometimes an hour and a half depending on how stressed I am and go have the massage.

I like to take time out and go to the park and make a picnic for myself and a friend. I do that a lot.

On Sundays I always tackle the crossword puzzle in the Times and just have some quiet time with that. I love heading the brunch with my girlfriends on the weekends.

I love to go out to eat. I love a really good filet mignon, and a glass of wine and a chocolate desert.

The thing that relax more is to cook and a cup of tea.

I try to get off a little bit by oil paint because I find that very relaxing.

I like to usually read at night, I'll take, you know, some time to read a book.

It's always important to have a little fun and to laugh a lot especially in today's environment. So, that's what I think, that's where it's at.

It's just looking after yourself, you know, going to the gym for half an hour and using a great new exfoliator, or a great new body moisturizer. It's really that sense of being able to look after you.

It doesn't have to be 20 minutes, it could be just like the 2 minutes in your shower when you end up doing a hair treatment or you end up like giving yourself a nice little body scrub, or, you know, when you put on your lotion. Just do something that really makes you happy.

I love facials; I love going out and spending money on lotions and potions and all the things that I can't really afford anymore now that I have a little boy to take care of.

My little luxury that I absolutely adore when I can fit it in is a blowout. I mean there is so much truth to your good hair day.

I will do the bubble bath thing, glass of wine, Billy Holiday on the radio. I mean it's like you don't have to reinvent the [unknown], you really just sort of, you deserve to sort of do whatever makes you feel good and relaxes you, and just go for it.

I'm forever blowing bubbles, pretty bubbles in the air.

Shower your skin with our richest blend of cream and natural oil. Dove Cream Oil body wash is for velvety soft skin. The ultimate moisture from Dove. Also try Dove Cream Oil body lotion with 50% more moisturizer than other leading brands. It's the ultimate moisture from Dove.

We wanted to celebrate our new fashion director with a party during Fashion Week because it seemed a good way to announce to the fashion industry she's finally here, taken us 4 months to get Nina to the magazine and we wanted to make a statement saying here she is.
