The magazine gave me the names of the two other interns.

We decided that taking three interns who would look at the magazine through fresh and new eyes would be a great, to fetch around, which to show all the different things we do.

Oh, my god. When I started at Marie Claire, the Devil Wears Prada was just out in the movie theaters and we got called by many TV producers who wanted to come in and spend time with us and figure out a show based around the real-life fashion magazine.

So this is it. This is home base. Oh my God. Look at that view.

Running in heels is a lot of fun to film. I think that it-- especially at first, it was intense having all the camera crews around. Go backstage to the Rock & Republic Show. We're hoping that you can do some on-flight interview.

By probably week three, I don't even notice the microphone anymore. We're just carrying on his novel and to the point, you know, regularly dropped my microphone down the toilet. You know, you just kind of just get on with life.

I'm Zoey. We were on our first-- our best behavior for the very first sort of weeks of it but then, that sort of gets stripped away as you continued on.

Big one for me is no speaking unless spoken to.

Looks authentic. It's the real thing. We have three interns who, you know, we sort of see the magazine through their eyes. You really get a very true sense of what it is to work there.

Style Network and Marie Claire really have the same message. It's about living the best life you can live, being a strong woman, being an independent woman.

I think the viewers will get that it's-- That it's reality. Yes, it's glamorous and it's fabulous and it's fun but this is-- It's also is a serious job.

It was really all about the closet. I just wanted an excuse to get into the closet. That's the only reason I wanted to produce this show.

Hi. I'm Samantha. I'm here for Marie Claire. I'm here to pick up clothes for Joanna Coles.

As you get older, you forget how stressful and difficult the workplace can be for people starting out in it.

I feel like my feet are gonna fall off. They're completely numb. They're bleeding. They're stinging, burning. I'm really stressed out right now. I like so much of the show. It was just so much fun for us to do. People come up to me and say, Oh, I love that scene. And, it's as if they've been following me during my day and then I realize, well, they kinda have.

Well, I have a very stressful life. I'm busy working two jobs. On a scale of one to 10, my stress level is 9.8.

Scale of 1 to 10, I'd say like I'm 8.

On a busy day, definitely stressful.

To relieve my stress, I like to hang out with friends or exercise and also I love to pick bags.

Sometimes I work out to cope with stress. I'm more likely to watch TV by [unknown] and that.

I like to sing a lot and listen to music. So, when I have a stressful day, I play music and I'm in my room just chilling.

I can't really see myself sitting down and just relaxing. I'm always doing something. So, like that's really my stress reliever.

I tend to find myself watching a movie at night or I'll go home and I'll paint and painting has really helped me out with stress.

I'm forever blowing bubbles, pretty bubbles in the air.

Shower your skin with our richest blend of cream and natural oil. Dove Cream Oil Body Washes for velvety soft skin, the ultimate moisture from Dove. Also try Dove Cream Oil Body Lotion with 50% more moisturizer than other leading brands. It's the ultimate moisture from Dove.

So I think it was really interesting that for the spring runway, we actually saw a lot of really bold makeup which is unusual for the spring season.

It's definitely like with the red lip especially thinking like Michael Kors it was like Pro Ams that they just had that singular bold lips.

I want some tomatoey lip and then it was just like a bit of a glowiness on the cheeks and like almost no eye makeup. So I think it's about balancing out.

Another one was a bit of a violet strong eye with shadow. Another one, similarly clipped with that was green shade. The key to wearing bolder makeup is really finding the tones that see you're the best.

The message that we got from all the different shows really was color is back. Forget the 200 shades of type that you have in your closet and invest in one turquoise. Invest in a metallic and use some really beautiful gold and sort of yellow metallics and be confident. You know this is the time when people dealt during a recession of more lipstick. This is the time to buy a lipstick with color. Don't hide away. Put your best face forward.

You wanna be inspired by the idea of yes this color is actually-- Feels really fresh from the season and you don't have to wear it in such a dramatic way. You can incorporate it by just wearing it as a really thin eyeliner as mascara. You can even wear it on your nails. And then it just becomes almost like a little accessory as opposed to you know that very 80s look.

I feel really strongly to help empower women to feel good about who they are and there are so many things that we are able to change. The color of our hair. Get rid of dark circles. But there's so many things you can't change and the choice is you either feel bad or you can embrace it. Beauty is not just a face. Beauty is everything, you know. Beauty is inside. Beauty is how you look and it's how your face looks but it really is how your body is comfortable and it's about being fit and it's about finding clothes that make you feel great.
