An arrest warrant has been issued for Rose McGowan over a drug charge that dates back to January. The Independent reports that a police investigation of personal belongings left behind on a United Flight arriving in Washington is what has led to the charge.

Police said that the belongings tested positive for narcotics and that they have attempted to contact McGowan so that she can appear in a Virginia court.

Almost as soon as the news broke, the actress took to Twitter to describe the allegations as “horseshit” and said that this was an attempt to silence her.

McGowan is one of many women to accuse Harvey Weinstein of sexual assault and has arguably been the most vocal about it on social media. This week, the actress revealed that just one day before the New York Times expose was published, she was offered $1 million to keep quiet.

“I don’t want your money, that would make me feel disgusting,” the actress reportedly said.
