When a man's a fool in love with a woman, it's always a spectacle, but most especially when said gentleman is a celebrity. You might recall one Tom Cruise jumping up and down on Oprah's couch, professing his love for Katie Holmes. Last night, Chris Martin pulled a similar stunt for rumored girlfriend Jennifer Lawrence, who traveled all the way to Las Vegas to see him play at last night's iHeartRadio Musical Festival.
During his performance, Martin made like an acrobat on stage, throwing himself backwards while sitting at his piano in what the Daily Mail could only describe as "looking like a ballerina." Perhaps he did this after catching a glimpse of Lawrence, who looked especially ravishing in a studded crop top, high-waisted skinny jeans, strappy heels, and Dior's mise en dior tribal earrings.
Considering it's the second Coldplay gig Lawrence has attended in the past few days — "she knew every word to every song and there was a glisten in her eye as she watched Chris perform," at the previous show a source told E! — it's safe to say things are really brewing between Lawrence, 24, and Martin, 37.
Chris, if you need any help penning a love letter (or ballad) to our June cover girl, we're happy to be of service. We're just as smitten as you are.
