Right before the Fourth of July, Rachel Taylor stopped by an Old Navy to pick out a celebratory outfit for the holiday weekend (as one does).
While shopping, however, she overheard a hurtful conversation between a mother and a daughter nearby mocking the size of a plus-size tank top, an experience she posted about on Old Navy's Facebook page.
Whether the mother and daughter intended for other shoppers to hear their conversation or not, making fun of clothing for people of any size is never comical. Shopping for clothing that fits and feels good is hard enough without any negative commentary.
