Warning: This article contains spoilers for season six of Game of Thrones. You've been warned.
Aside from a pretty great chase scene between Arya and The Waif, Sunday night's episode of Game of Thrones was pretty light on action. And it looks like that's because next week's episode is going to be wall-to-wall excitement.
HBO released a preview clip of episode 9, which seems to feature the battle we've all been waiting for: Jon Snow versus Ramsay Bolton. We see Sansa Stark on the scene along with Ser Davos and Tormund Giantsbane, and hear Jon tell the Red Priestess to not bring him back if he dies. The episode title is appropriately "Battle of the Bastards."
According to Entertainment Weekly, the episode is directed by Miguel Sapochnik, who directed last season's "Hardhome," featuring the white walker battle, so get ready for some cool fight scenes. "I fought beyond the wall against worse than Ramsay Bolton," Jon says. "You don't know him," Sansa responds. That's for sure: white walkers have nothing on Ramsay's sadistic streak.
