Spring's Fashion Trends for Plus Size Clothing

The best spring fashion trend for plus size fashionistas.

Greg Kessler
Hello Ladies,

I often say that I am perpetually shopping—that's because I am literally at some store or mall at least 6 days a week! Last week, while shopping for a TV appearance, I remembered why I first fell in love with INC (International Concepts), the exclusive line of Macy's. INC is an absolutely trendy option for any working woman, and, thankfully, they have a plus size line that stays true to their brand. The regular line goes up to an XL and 16, while the plus size line picks up at a 16W and continues to 3X. Finally, fit for everyone!

This season's collection is a mix of color, studs and black basics. I found dresses, blazers, skirts and amazing jackets. My favorite piece is a Sunflower Yellow Plus Size Dress Short Sleeved Button Front Ruffled Silk. It has a perfectly defined waistline and is most certainly a delicate and dainty option for spring. Another amazing choice that I will debut during New York Fashion Week (just a few days away!) is a Plus Size Button Front Tunic, which looks instantly chic with a pair of leggings and a killer pair of heels. Don't be put off by studs this season. Unless you hang out in biker bars, studs are totally on trend right now, chic and utterly wearable on everyone. Try INC's Studded Boyfriend Blazer for an edgy finishing touch to just about any outfit. Another great studded option is the Long Sleeve Cardigan Open Front Studded—ideal for layering over a t-shirt on a lazy weekend, or a great tank and a pair of skinny's for a night on the town. For a more subtle option, try the Elbow Sleeved Sweater Studded Trim. I pair mine with my favorite pencil skirt and head out for a night with the girls.

Make it a point to check out the INC section on Macys.com. It's well worth your money and time. I picked up half the line. Tell me what you think? And if you need any ideas on how to wear some of the pieces email me!
