New York Fashion Week is fast approaching (AH!!!), so we figured we would chat with some of our favorite fash friends to see how they survive the hectic week.
There are few people busier during NYFW than Gordon Espinet, the Senior Vice President, Global Artist Training, Development and Makeup Artistry for M∙A∙C Cosmetics. Seriously, the MAC folks do more shows during the week than we can count—each one as stunning as the next. We don't know how they do it season after season, but we're so glad they do.
What's the one thing you can't live without during NYFW?
Reading glasses, my blackberry and at least 6 hours sleep per night. I know…those are 3 things.
Favorite Fashion Week snack?
I love all food, especially when I'm tired. I am good with whatever the catering is backstage.
Go-to stress reliever?
Get exclusive access to fashion and beauty trends, hot-off-the-press celebrity news, and more.
Late night television and a glass of wine. Although I should say a workout at the gym or a yoga class.
How do you treat yourself when it's all over?
I head to London for London Fashion Week…
How many hours of sleep a night do you get during Fashion Week?
I always aim for 8 hours sleep per night, but I will settle for 6—no less.
What's your Fashion Week street style?
Anything black and comfortable…not too much fashion flash.
