Karl Lagerfeld Collaborates with Hogan for Spring 2011

Karl Lagerfeld Collaborates with Hogan for Spring 2011

Share

Over the weekend Karl Lagerfeld unveiled six pieces he created for Hogan’s Spring 2011 collection at a star-studded soirée in Paris. The event, which included celebs like Janet Jackson, Anouck Lepère and Duran Duran, also featured a screening of a short film that Lagerfeld wrote and directed himself.

Entitled La Lettre, the short stars models Baptiste Giabiconi and Magdalena Frackowiak, both sporting Lagerfield/Hogan pieces. While the storyline is a bit muddy — Are the two characters in love? Are they fighting over a letter? Money? Who has better hair?— the film does a great job of showcasing the collection: fall separates, a classic trench, a leather shoulder bag and a pair of hot, lace-up cowboy boots — yeah that's right, we said lace-up cowboy boots. Not so sure? Check it out for yourself.
