What I love about Project Runway is the way it deconstructs how clothes are made, how fashion comes about, and that??s very close to Marie Claire cut. We are thrilled to be a part of Project Runway and the official magazine concept because A, it??s fantastic show, B, Nina Garcia, our fashion director, is the permanent judge, but C, it??s a great reality show and that it takes a bunch of really talented people and shows them working hard to produce a really great finish product.

It??s fascinating of course, watching young designers really striving to show that authentic voice. Tim Gunn??s genius mentoring skills as people under pressure and under deadlines are striving to do their best. And of course Michael Kors is very clever insightful remarks that I think keeps the designers true to what their vision is, and it??s a brilliant priceless show. One of the most popular features in the magazine is called Beauty Snoop and it??s where we go and grab the beauty bag of a famous celebrity, to try and get advice really from them. And so, for our beauty issue in October, we are fighting ??cause we??re doing in large Beauty Snoop.
We decided to go into the makeup beds and the train cases and our favorite stylists. To really get a scoop on what insiders are using. Some other people that are creating the looks that are on the celebrity, so yeah, we have that.

I??m either doing early, early morning like for today??s show. Getting up at 5, or evening events when they go out to the red carpet, or a premiere.
She??s always on the go. She needs to carry all of her makeup with her, but what is the essential thing?

Do you really feel like you??re getting real advice? It??s not just some company saying buy outfit ??cause it will make you feel better, it??s tried and tested by people who know what they??re talking about.
If someone already has dry skin, the changing weather going from warm into colder can exacerbate the drying. So, I recommend to people to change their bathing and moisturizing habit as we get into the colder months. Short, warm showers. Try to eliminate long baths or if you have to, just do one long bath a week to give yourself a treat. Use a product that says that it??s moisturizing for dry skin. Sometimes lotions are just not enough for moisturizing the skin. So when you get into the shower, use a moisturizing body wash to give you that extra plus at moisturizing your skin. You come out of the shower, apply the moisturizer on damp skin. This is very, very okay. There are some wonderful moisturizing washes that you can use in the shower that are balanced in such a way so that it doesn??t strip or extract the moisture. The new product by Dove is very, very effective. It has a botanical ingredient which is gentle and it deeply moisturizes, so that your skin is well-moisturized and feel healthy. What I like about the Dove Nutrium product is, first of all, most importantly, they work. They??re cosmetically elegant when you use them on the skin. They moisturize, they??re well tolerated across the board by all skin types. Dove is a respected name and it works.
Ever worn your clothes in the shower? If you??re using other moisturizing body washes, you might as well be. You see, there are moisturizers that??s on top of skin almost as if you??re wearing it. Only new Dove Deep Moisture has Nutrium Moisture, a breakthrough formula with natural moisturizers that can nourish deep down. It??s the most effective natural nourishment ever. New Dove Deep Moisture with Nutrium Moisture. Superior Natural Nourishment for your skin.
I did a collaboration for this spring with one of my best friends that I grow up with, Shoshanna Cruz and so we just launched up for spring summer and where it worked-- it was spent really well, and it was a lot of great, like kind of bohemian, little dainty florals and no, because floral is a little more bohemian e-cut, prints and we??re gonna wait-- we??re gonna do a new collection coming out for this coming spring. So, it??s always fun to be able to work with one of your best friends and you know, we get to design together.
