Hi. I'm Violet Zake at ExerciseTV and this is your Bridal Buddy Quick Fix Workout. You can take these moves anywhere when you're on the go and you're pressed for time. I'm going to show you five different moves. So, you're going to need a mat, a set of light hand weights and a jump rope. So, let's get started with the first move which is a squat into an arm extension. You ready? Pick up your weights and bring your feet shoulder-width apart. I want you to sit into your squat and bring your arms up shoulder level. You ready here? Here we go. And stand so. Just do this in your quadriceps and your gluts as well as your arms. Excellent. Good job. So, I want you to do this exercise, three sets of 12 repetitions. Okay? Let's get moving into the next exercise. Plie squat with scooping arms, focusing on the biceps as well as the inner thighs and the quadriceps. So, lower the hips and extend your arms forward with a bent elbow. Ready? Here we go. We're gonna get you wedding ready and bikini ready. How's that? Do that again. Nice and move put your feet in slowly. I want you to do this move three sets for 12 repetitions. So next is our cardio exercise. So, put your weight down and pick up your jump rope. Jumping rope is my favorite cardio exercise. So, I want you to jump rope for 60 seconds on and 30 seconds off and do this for five minutes. Bringing your heart rate up and burning calories. Excellent. Let's move on to the next exercise now. So, put your jump rope down and roll on the floor. I want you to go ahead and pick up your weights. We're gonna work the butt as well as the triceps. So come back into a bridge. Bring your heels close to your butt, lick your hips up and rest your head on the floor. Extend your arms and bring your hands together. Lower for two counts and lift the two pounds and really squeeze the butt. Take your time with this. Nice. Do that again. Beautiful job. Bring your knees to your chest and slowly come to a seated position and put your weights down. Now my next favorite move is a cool move and it's called the plank pose. You can do these on your knees or your toes. I'm gonna do these on my toes. So, come up. Lower the hips, your hip in line with your spine and I want you to do this for two minutes and always breathing. Curl the navel in towards the spine and try not to move. Excellent job. Sit back and give yourself a break. Hold on. Great job. Keep working out and you'll look amazing on your wedding day. I'm Violet Zaki and I hope to see you again here on ExerciseTV.
