Hi. I'm Holly Perkins and welcome to ExerciseTV in my Cardio Boost workout. We're gonna go through a couple of exercises here that are really great that you don't need any equipment. You can do anywhere and it's a great way to boost your cardiovascular health and fitness. So we're gonna go ahead and get started. Two exercises. First exercise is going to be a jump rope, just jumping with or without a rope and you're gonna follow along with me for one minute. Let's go ahead and get started. So we're just gonna jump. Now, you can use any foot style that you're familiar with. You can hop on two feet, you can on single feet, you can jog, whatever works for you. I just want you to keep jumping and imagine that you really have a jump rope here. So, you're pumping those arms. Imagine you got one or two pounds on each hand and you're really using it to tone those arms. This is a great movement to increase your heart rate, tone the legs, tone up those arms. You'll see big changes. So just keep breathing. Use those arms. We're here for a minute. Nice and strong. Use those feet. Keep breathing. Pump those biceps. Like I said, if you have a jump rope, go ahead and use a real jump rope but this works great a couple of seconds hanging in there. Breathe it out. Abs nice and strong, almost done, and relax. Moving on to our next exercise, the Split Jump. Feet are separated from front to back, and I want you also to give a little space from left to right so that you can keep your balance. We are going to drop down into a little bit of a squat and we're gonna hop up and switch those feet, just like that, nice and easy. We're gonna do this for 30 seconds. Start with those feet, drop them down. Join with me. We're down and up, and I want you to really use those arms, springing nice and tall. Use those arms, this exercise is great for boosting that heart rate. It's gonna condition your legs so great. You're gonna feel strong and toned. Use those abs. Use your arms. We got 10 seconds. Hang in there. Keep it big. Use those thighs, abs tight, and done. And relax it out. Kick out those legs. Take a deep inhale. And I want you to repeat the cycle 5 more times for a great cardio boost workout. These exercises are from a 20-minute workout.
