When I was in Paris a few years ago, my friends and I kept planning to take a tour of the tower, but we never actually followed through. It looked so pretty from afar, we figuredwhy fight the crowds to see it up close? I guess our mentality is what the tower managers are trying to combat. Theyre erecting this weird Frisbee-shaped observation deck at the top, right below the needlewhich totally changes the iconic silhouettein order to accommodate more people. At least its temporary, thankfully, in honor of the towers 120th anniversary. But still.
Daily Dishers: Waddaya think? Is the change good, bad, or iffy?
