Cardi B took to Instagram on Monday makeup-free and wearing her thick, long natural hair in all its non-styled glory. In a series of Instagram Story clips, Cardi walked fans through a step-by-step guide to creating a DIY hydrating hair mask, one she says works wonders for strengthening natural hair and combating frizz.
After mixing the ingredients together in a blender to make the smooth, chunk-free hair mask, Cardi B proceeded to coat baby Kulture's hair with the hydrating mixture, explaining to fans,"This treatment is really good for curl patterns."
The ingredients all came straight from Cardi's kitchen. If you want to create your own, here's what you'll need:
And here's what you'll get, according to Cardi's Stories:
The Grammy-winning rapper is no stranger to popping up on our timelines in colorful wigs and with various cuts. But Cardi B posted a video to her Story revealing her natural hair in a blow-dried, straight state: "This is really how my hair is, my hair gets like this when you blow dry it, then two days later it looks puff puff—like this—even when you braid it," she said. Cardi went on to say that she does not have curly hair, but that Kulture has a head full of curls and little coils.
After blow-drying and styling her hair with soft bends, Cardi B posted the final results of the hydrating hair treatment to her feed in a full-glam photo.
