Elizabeth Hurley is notorious for posting bikini pictures on Instagram—and we’re absolutely here for it. Time after time, the actress and model continues to surprise us with her unapologetic photos, whether she’s sporting a t-shirt and jeans, stunning two-pieces, or high-fashion event photos.
The best part? Hurley recently turned 54 in June, and has never looked better.
Just yesterday, she posted a stunning bikini photo on Instagram that proves she only gets better with age. The star is posing beachside with a gorgeous sunset backdrop dressed in a tiny white triangle bikini with a sheer white coverup. She’s rocking sunglasses, beach waves, and insanely toned abs, of course.
“All white 😘” she captioned the photo. Of course, her fans flooded the comments with support. “Timeless beauty” one fan wrote in a comment. “Bikini goals....🔥🔥🔥🔥” another added. They’re not wrong! See for yourself:

Though we’re not entirely sure if meditation is the reason she looks so fit in a bikini, we know that Hurley loves to stay active. “I believe in gentle exercise and lots of it,” the Elizabeth Hurley Beach swimwear designer told Us Weekly in October 2018. “So I believe in being active, going for walks, stretching, maybe a little yoga or a little Pilates.”

She told the outlet that she’s not a fan of high impact exercise and sports. “As long as you get your heart rate to the rate you need it to get, which is a fast walk. But you need to do a bit of it.” Her goal is to hit 10,000 steps a day, she said to Us.
The actress also eats a nutrient-rich diet. “I have to be careful because I am 50,” she told The View in 2015. “I always watch what I eat, but I eat plenty of food.
She told Women’s Health in an interview that she drinks two warm glasses of water first thing in the morning, followed by a breakfast of Greek yogurt with a banana and honey. Sometimes she’ll switch it up with an omelet or avocado toast.
After breakfast, she takes a walk outside in the sun with her dogs. “Fresh air frees you of all tension,” the model told Women’s Health, after admitting to having some lower back problems. Later in the afternoon, she’ll sit down for a lunch that includes vegetable soup, followed by a dinner of grilled chicken and “lots and lots and lots” of vegetables.
