Sarah, I'm Zoe welcome to Marie Claire.

Hi, thank you. It's good to meet you.

Good to meet you. Come on in. This is style boot camp. We put an ad on the internet saying anybody who wanted to come and get their style revamped to volunteer and we got a bunch of responses.

The think I like about this is the color. The thing I don't like about it for you is the shape.

We all can get like a little bit slubby as far as our style is concerned and we just have stuff and we don't know what to do with it, and it's people that know they've got style but they need some help from experts.

A couple of years ago, I lost a good deal of weight about 40 pounds, and before that, for pretty much most of my life I've been dressing to camouflage my weight, even while I was losing, and now that I was down to a good weight that I was happy with, I realized my style was sort of bland.

Hi, I'm just coming to say hello.

This is Joanna, she is our editor-in-chief, this is Sarah.

Hi Sarah.

Nice to meet you.

We are thrilled to have you here. We all wake up in the morning, stand a full closet and go, "Ahhhhh!!! Nothing to wear!", and this about showing you how to relook at your closet. Find things that actually you can wear and then which pieces to pull from the stores in that particular season to give your own closet a bit of a boost.

How do you feel about wearing this?

You're scaring me a little bit so I know you're gonna take it.

I told her to pick all the stuff from the racks that she thought she'd never be able to pull off. She's got this big personally and I want her to wear the bright, you know, [unknown] resort and big Prince and like just cool shapes that she just, would see on a rack and she'd be like, "Oh, that's cool, but what am I gonna do with it?"

We conceptualize the story through coming up with visual elements that how can we make style boot camp separate from the usual makeup stories and you sort of thought about props that we could bring in.

This is somewhat of a trial to see how this works out, but it is something that's very likely to be seen in future issues of Marie Claire.

More than anything, I hope to learn how to dress well. It's not always about being the loudest or the brightest or the sexiest but I wanted to learn that it's okay to take chances. It's okay to pursue pieces of clothing that I like.
