Dermatologist Sandra Lee goes by the nickname Dr. Pimple Popper—because that's what she specializes in—and shares with the world online.

Those easily offended by graphic content shouldn't watch, but as Dr. Lee points out, when it comes to spots that's relatively few of us. "Whether they are grossed-out by it or enchanted by it," people love a bit of pimple-popping and this one's a biggie.

Over at the Californian dermatology center where she works, the skin doctor has captured extraction of what could be the biggest blackhead ever.

As her YouTube video shows, it's literally the size of a small pebble, embedded beneath her patient's upper lip, "like a little disk under the skin." The procedure requires an incision before the matter is dislodged, an action which may make you scream.

Dr. Lee explains that there are two types of "pimple porn"—those who like to watch "soft pops" and those who enjoy "hard pops," such as cysts or abscesses exploding. I'd place this blackhead in the hard pop category.

If you're still with me, thank you. You can gross yourself out even more by watching this girl pop her dad's 10-year pimple, this man pull out the longest ingrown hair in history, or going to Dr. Pimple Popper's YouTube page.
