- Meghan Markle's mom, Doria Ragland, has reportedly been helping people affected by the current fires in California.
- Ragland was photographed giving blankets to those affected.
California is currently experiencing dangerous fire conditions, and an emergency has already been declared. According to a new report, Duchess Meghan's mother, Doria Ragland, has stepped in to help some of the people displaced due to fires damaging or destroying their homes.
Per Diez Minutos, "Doria Ragland, Meghan Markle's mother, has demonstrated her most supportive side these days. The woman, resident in the United States, has not hesitated to go to help those affected who are suffering the fires declared in Los Angeles... and that have caused thousands of dollars in losses to the residents of the city."
The publication noted, "In a surprising image for the mother of a Duchess of England, Doria had no qualms about helping to collect blankets and warm clothes for all those affected."
Apparently, as Ragland got to work helping those in need, she was "dressed in a tracksuit, sunglasses and ponytail," and she "was prepared to take the pile of blankets she had collected herself and distribute them among those who requested it."
Earlier this month it was revealed that Meghan, Duchess of Sussex, and Prince Harry plan to spend Christmas with Ragland in California. The festive season will be extra special this year as it will be baby Archie's first ever Christmas.
