Flights to the Scottish Highlands Are Incredibly Cheap Right Now

It's time to live out all of your 'Outlander' fantasies.

If you’ve been following the last three seasons of Outlander, you know just how beautiful the Scottish Highlands are. But you don’t have to be a fan of the show to appreciate the natural beauty of this remote area located in the northern reaches of the U.K., especially since flights to the region’s largest city, Inverness, are incredibly cheap right now.

Typically these flights would cost at least $800, but now you can find airfares for as low as $436 to Inverness from cities across the U.S. on British Airways and American Airlines, thanks to a tip from Scott’s Cheap FlightsTravel + Leisure reports.

At publishing, the lowest fares were from Washington D.C. starting at $436 and New York from $493, but there are also deals from the West Coast starting at just $515 from Seattle.
