French ice dancer Gabriella Papadakis just had a major wardrobe malfunction while performing at the Winter Olympics in PyeongChang. While skating with her partner Guillaume Cizeron, the top of Papadakis' costume came undone, briefly exposing her left nipple.

After the performance, Papadakis told reporters (via Yahoo!):

"It was my worst nightmare happening at the Olympics. It happened in the first few seconds [of the routine]. I told myself I didn’t have a choice; I have to keep going."

Papadakis didn't stop for even a second, finishing up second in her category, which is more than a little impressive considering how awkward she must have felt. Plus, as notes, footage of the incident was replayed on screens around the arena, and live on television, which must've been pretty daunting for the Olympic skater. But she didn't let it phase her.

As for how she managed to carry on, and complete the routine with such an amazing score, Papadakis said, "I prayed. That is about what I could do."

Her skating parter, Cizeron, reiterated, "I think we should be proud we were able to deliver a strong performance with that happening." And it's true that, despite the distraction her broken outfit must've caused, Papadakis refused to be put off. After all, everyone has nipples, don't they?

The couple will have another chance to impress the judges at PyeongChang when they perform their long dance program. And without a wardrobe malfunction slowing them down, Papadakis and Cizeron are capable of achieving an even more impressive score.
