Selena Gomez Puts on a One-Woman Show in Her 'Bad Liar' Movie
Four characters, one music video.
After some heavy teasing last night, Selena Gomez has just released the official music video—or as she puts it, movie—for "Bad Liar." Gomez practically puts on a one-woman show here—true to what she teased, there are four very different roles she plays in the 1978 high school setting (a nice touch, considering the song samples the bassline from Talking Heads' "Psycho Killer", which was released in 1977).
She plays a student, both her parents, and what appears to be the woman (complete with Farrah Fawcett-esque hair) the girl's father is having a maybe-affair with.
The entire thing is good (especially the very end, which teases what's next). Gomez may not be back to acting quite yet, but this mini-movie/music video situation definitely makes you want more:
