Kate Middleton Visits Poppy Installation, Pays Tribute to Fallen WWI Heroes
By The Editors
Earlier this morning, Duchess of Cambridge Kate Middleton and Prince William visited the Tower of London to see an art installation, entitled Blood Swept Lands And Seas of Red, comprised of thousands of ceramic poppies planted in remembrance of the fallen heroes of World War I. As of now there are 120,000 flowers, but by the time its finished in November there's expected to be 888,246. Each poppy is unique to represent the individual men and women killed during the war.
Middleton wore a cobalt blue, paneled LK Bennett dress paired with her trusty black suede court heels. Believe it or not, the frock is still available on L.K. Bennett's website.
