If you want to spot a celebrity in Los Angeles, plant yourself outside of Tracy Anderson's gym in Studio City. Gwyneth Paltrow credits her with reshaping her butt. And her seemingly never-ending list of famous devotees includes Madonna, Jennifer Lopez, Nicole Richie, Courteney Cox and Kristin Davis. Tracy's philosophy is all about training smaller muscles groups in the body to pull in the larger muscle groups. She's all about strength, but in a way that keeps the body lean and not bulky.
