Hailey Bieber Has a New Rhode Baby on the Way, Too

The brand's first color cosmetics launch is pretty and pink.

Hailey Bieber is expecting a baby—and a brand new Rhode blush. Just a cool six days after sending pop culture into a craze with news that she’s welcoming a little one with her husband Justin Bieber, the mogul shared on Instagram that her Rhode brood is expanding, too.

Wearing a casual set of overalls and a Fila baseball cap, the beauty founder appeared to be capturing a cute selfie in the first photo of her post. But a closer inspection revealed a never-before-seen Rhode product poking out of her overalls pocket. Unlike the rest of the range, which has been uniform in its gray-white colorway, this chunky case was designed with shades of brown. Reason being: It’s the first launch in the new color cosmetics Rhode range.

Rhode’s account seemingly confirmed suspicions just a few hours later. The company shared a photo of the uncapped product. It’s pink and appears to be a blush. Judging by the glossy, sheer texture, it will most likely be a multi-purpose product that can be used on the lips, eyes, and cheeks.

While the expansion is currently causing a new wave of excitement among brand loyalists, it's not all that surprising. Rhode’s CEO, Melanie Bender, confirmed earlier this year that the brand would expand into color cosmetics.

Despite this knowledge, fans have taken the new product tease to mean something more. “Is she confirming it's a girl? OMG,” one user wrote, surmising that the hue indicates Bieber’s baby’s gender. “Too much pink, it’s literally a girl,” another added. Are the commenters on to anything? There’s no word from Bieber’s camp, so followers will have to wait and see.

In the meantime, stock up on Rhode staples—and stay tuned for more information on the blush drop.
