She's following Katy Perry's lead.

After Katy Perry went nude in a bizarre PSA to get citizens to register to vote, Madonna also stripped down to urge people to practice their voting rights. Earlier this morning, the pop queen followed Perry's lead and posted a nude selfie to encourage her followers to vote for Hillary Clinton.
"I'm voting naked with Katy Perry!! Vote for Hillary. She's the Best we got!" she captioned the naked photo of her neck, chest and stack of gold necklaces. (If you look closely, she's also sporting a bejeweled set of grillz.)
She ended the caption with, "Nude Voting series #1," which means there might be more au naturel photos coming from Madge this campaign season.
The music legend has been quite vocal on her political views, especially with her social media presence. Before posting the stripped-down shot, she shared a photo from her 2015 Brit Awards performance with Secretary Clinton photoshopped in beneath her.
"Living For Hillary Yes I vote for intelligence. I vote for equal rights for women and all minorities. Women Run the World now they have to get out and start supporting one another. No more misogynist feminists! No more mysogony. Get out and Vote, [sic]" she wrote in the caption.
