Wondering how Jessica Biel is feeling about Justin Timberlake being photographed and videotaped holding hands with actress Alisha Wainwright in New Orleans? (The photos in question are here.) It's complicated. An "insider" tells E! that the couple are "downplaying everything and trying to laugh it off as nothing." But at the same time, "it was definitely inappropriate and something that would make any wife uncomfortable. He had too much to drink and got carried away."

The insider claims that Justin and Jessica are 100 percent "going to move on from this" and that "their marriage will survive."

"He feels guilty and will make it up to her," the source adds. "She is very good to him and he knows how lucky he is. He says it was not a big deal, they were all hanging out together and that's the end of the story."

This falls in line with what Alisha’s rep told Us Weekly, saying, “There is no validity to this speculation. They are working on a project together.” On top of that, a source told People, “The video may look a way, but literally, it was nothing. It was some friends, members of the team, crew and people like that. They all know each other and were hanging. Like, come on, they’re on an open balcony in New Orleans and he’s famous. It was nothing.”

Fair enough, but would you be thrilled if your partner was photographed holding hands with another person while eyewitnesses described ~leg stroking~? Probably not.
