Simone Biles, 23, Just Showed Off Her Crazy Sculpted Abs In New Bikini Instagram Photo

The 2020 Summer Olympics were postponed, but gold medal gymnast Simone Biles (opens in new tab), 23, hasn't missed a beat. She's been training away, debuting spectacular never-been-done-before stunts on the reg. Finally, it seems the athlete has revealed the source of her super power: her sculpted abs.

Simone's core is rock solid, and she just shared a new bikini Instagram (opens in new tab) photo to prove it. She's wearing a day-glow green string bikini, but her spectacular abs outshine even the brightest neon. Please excuse me while I scrape my jaw off the floor.

This pic needs no words to get her message across, so Simone added "{insert caption later}" where any text would live. One fan found a few words to describe the shot, though: "Body on FLEEEKK." (They're not wrong.)

Or, this "triple double," which she totally nailed in June. She flips so many times, I've officially lost count. Btw, when Simone landed the triple double off the beam in competition in 2019 (opens in new tab), it was named "Biles II" in her honor.

Then, Simone schooled absolutely everyone in the handstand challenge. While everyone else was barely able to slip on a tank or T-shirt, the all-star opted to remove her sweatpants (opens in new tab). Yep, this is a thing of beauty like all her other high-flying stunts.

Simone trains off the mat to keep her muscles in flipping awesome shape. In a 2016 interview, she told Women's Health  (opens in new tab)all about her intense pre-Olympic training. "Last year, we did cross-training. We swam twice a week—almost a mile! I swore I was going to drown, it was so hard, and then we would run," she said. "And the year before that, we would bike 10 miles outside once a week. If we didn't bike, we would run a mile before practice, and as soon as we finished the mile we'd have to go inside and do a beam routine. My legs were absolute jello."

Countdown to the 2021 Olympics to see Simone unleash all her new stunts on the big stage.
