With some of the top catwalks of fashion month under her belt (and presumably more to come), Kendall Jenner—ahem, sorry, KENDALL—has to keep her energy up. But model-stalkers of the world (aka, us) will be excited to know that the industry's latest It girl has now revealed her dietary and fitness regimen for runway season, to keep exhaustion at bay and her body in check.
According to E!, Kendall's beverage of choice is Kusmi Detox tea, a lemongrass-green tea which we happen to know and love, and which probably gets bonus points in Kardashianland for starting with a K. Kendall apparently loves it so much that she drinks "like, 12 cups a day."

As for the sustenance: "When she's not enjoying a cup of...tea, [Kendall] is snacking on apples. For Kendall, keeping up her energy is a must." But never fear— at the odd moments when crispy Granny Smiths and calorie-free tea don't provide an adequate boost, she relies on "fruits, vegetables, and lean proteins." So that's pretty standard—and well, kind of a relief.
We'd be pretty pooped from running around to castings and shows and parties all the livelong day, but Kendall is still "trying to get back into" running. (Aren't we all?) Other than that, the model concluded with her modeling secret numero uno: Sleep. "I feel like I at least need about seven hours, eight hours of sleep to function," she said. And while we can certainly relate to the call for some decent shut-eye, eight hours during fashion month? Now that's impressive.
