Wear: Square or rectangular shapes work the best. Pick frame shapes that are wider and horizontal, or have soft angles.

Avoid: Oval shapes (yes, oval-faced ladies, you don't want to pick the same shape sunglasses!). And, steer clear of any frames that are small and thin.

Wear: Shapes that add balance to your face like almond, butterfly shapes, or square frames with oval curves (rounded edges).

Avoid: Wide oval frames or wide rectangular silhouettes.

Wear: Square or rectangular shapes work best. Look for shapes that are angular to add contours or slender frames for balance.

Avoid: Circular and oval shapes as these styles will only make your face look more round.

Wear: Almond, butterfly, oval, or rounded shapes work best to soften the angles of your face.

Avoid: Square or geometric styles that add fullness to your face.
