I'm a serial lipstick dater. So many lip products slide onto my desk. Some I double-tap and have all the heart eyes for. Others I ghost and leave on seen. This is #BigLipstickEnergy, an honest breakdown of how I feel about the latest lip launches. Read on for the three lipstick flings I'm keeping in rotation for now. Next week, I'll have a new roster.

Not all glosses are created equal, girlfriend. But this bad boy (like, the bad boy you can't stay away from) hugs your lips in a kissable shine that doesn't feel sticky. Summer is officially here, which means hydration is not something to compromise. This formula is filled with hyaluronic acid, which moisturizes your lips to the max, and it even has a volumizing effect to plump up your pout.

If you like your lips looking lustrous and you know it, clap your hands. *claps aggressively* You need this. After being a matte lipstick devotee for years, I recently reunited with glosses and haven't looked back. This coral gloss treads the line between looking perfectly pigmented and sheer at the same time. It leaves behind just enough zest, coating my lips in a hue that feels like summer. I'm obsessed with the way it warms up my complexion with a peachy glow.

Another gloss coming at you to feed my high-shine lip lacquer obsession of the moment. But this moody shade delivers a very different vibe. It has more of a cushiony, balm-like feel that conveniently dispenses color with a click of a pen. Here's the trick: The more you dispense, the glossier your lips will be. You can completely control the look of this, which I love.

This has been the star of my desk vanity the past few days. When I don't feel like fully committing to an extra glossy or matte lip, I smudge this cozy cushion across my lips for a diffused, deep berry lip. I use my fingers to tap and blend for a more lived-in effect that enhances the natural flush of my lips. When I'm leaving the office and in the mood for more of a sheen, I reapply for a glossier finish.

The Huestick in Rise

The impressive lineup of vegan, cruelty-free ingredients, like hyaluronic acid, vitamins C and E, and squalene, is what separates this multitasker from the rest. With the help of good-for-you ingredients, this creamy consistency will lay right on top of your lips like butter, but not melt off.

I'm admittedly the laziest beauty editor, so when one little stick does multiple things at once it has my vote. This lip, cheek, and eye multitasker covers my hyperpigmentation and gives my lips a gorgeous burst of color. When my face really needs a pick-me-up, I'll swipe this on top of my eyes, which instantly brightens my complexion with a healthy glow.
