Life in Australia has been very good to Zac Efron—and the actor, who's currently shooting the second season of his Netflix show Down to Earth With Zac Efron—has been kind enough to share a rare glimpse of what he's doing these days with his millions of fans on Instagram. Efron has been swimming shirtless with dolphins and cuddling with baby kangaroos. He's also clean shaven now, which is a different look for the actor who's been sporting a beard for a while:
Efron's brother Dylan is with him for the show because what's better than one hot Efron? Two.
What will the premise of Down to Earth With Zac Efron season 2 be? According to Deadline, Efron will travel "around Australia with wellness expert Darin Olien in search of healthy, sustainable ways to live." There will be lots of beautiful areas on display in the show as Olien and Efron "seek out sustainable practices in a way that is both educational and enlightening, embracing local food, culture and customs throughout their journey."
Efron isn't about to fly back to the U.S. after the pandemic is over either. According to People, Efron is house-searching in Australia and sees it as his permanent base. He has a girlfriend there, Vanessa Valladares, with whom he is in a serious relationship.
"As of now, he has no plans to live permanently in L.A. again," a source told People in January. "He loves Australia and considers it his home."
As for Efron and Valladares, "they are not engaged but seem very happy," a second source told People in January.
