The First Into the Woods Trailer Makes Us Wish It Was Christmas Already

Just five months away from its release, Disney's Into the Woods has finally unveiled its first mystical and magical trailer. The movie musical adaption of Stephen Sondheim's 1987 show gives a modern twist to the Brothers Grimm fairy tale that explores what happens when a group of fairy tale characters enter a forest in hopes of having their deepest wishes come true.

The film has quite a dazzling cast, starring Meryl Streep as the Witch, James Corden as the Baker, Emily Blunt as the Baker's Wife, Anna Kendrick as Cinderella, Chris Pine as her Prince, Mackenzie Mauzy as Rapunzel, Billy Magnussen as her Prince, Christine Baranski as Cinderella's Stepmother, Lilla Crawford as Red Riding Hood, Daniel Huttlestone as Jack, Tracey Ullman as Jack's Mother, and Johnny Depp as the Wolf.
