Karl Lagerfeld Collaborates with Hogan for Spring 2011

Over the weekend Karl Lagerfeld unveiled six pieces he created for Hogan's Spring 2011 collection at a star-studded soirée in Paris. The event, which included celebs like Janet Jackson, Anouck Lepère and Duran Duran, also featured a screening of a short film that Lagerfeld wrote and directed himself.

Entitled La Lettre, the short stars models Baptiste Giabiconi and Magdalena Frackowiak, both sporting Lagerfield/Hogan pieces. While the storyline is a bit muddy — Are the two characters in love? Are they fighting over a letter? Money? Who has better hair?— the film does a great job of showcasing the collection: fall separates, a classic trench, a leather shoulder bag and a pair of hot, lace-up cowboy boots — yeah that's right, we said lace-up cowboy boots. Not so sure? Check it out for yourself.
