Reason #1 that Paris is the Sexiest City in the World: Sleeping in their beds!
Why bunk in a shabby hotel when you can sleep in a
real Parisian apartment? I was thrilled last year to
discover the genius of housing swaps. After quickly
listing my apartment on Craigslist,
I arranged to swap for a pretty apartment on the Left
Bank. It was so easy!
Some friends say they'd be nervous about people
messing up their stuff, but I think you can get a good
sense of people from their emails. Now when I travel,
I feel like more of an insider since I'm staying in an
apartment. Plus, you can spend the money you save on
fabulous dinners, museum tickets and boutique
shopping. I'd highly recommend it.
