Kate Middleton, quite literal wearer of many hats, tried a new one on for size this morning: The Duchess of Cambridge is guest editing the Huffington Post UK to promote open conversations about children's mental health.
"The mental health of our children must be seen as every bit as important as their physical health," she wrote in a post that she published on the site. "For too long we have been embarrassed to admit when our children need emotional or psychiatric help, worried that the stigma associated with these problems would be detrimental to their futures."
She delved deeper, adding that she thinks of her own children and the emotional lives she wants them to have. "Like most parents today, William and I would not hesitate to seek help for our children if they needed it," she continued.
This stint on the digital masthead marks the launch of "Young Minds Matter," a new initiative for which Middleton has global aspirations.
She should go for it! We need to have these conversations. And, you know, look, she's obviously enjoying it.
