After taking a week off from Donald Trump sketches, Alec Baldwin and the Saturday Night Live writers tackled the president-elect's transition process. Baldwin did his best Trump at the golf course—and excellently portrayed the Donald's reported cluelessness about the full job of the presidency, his going back on campaign promises as the reality of them sets in (on deporting immigrants: "So, maybe let's not do it"), and his meetings with potential cabinet members. His one-on-one with Mitt Romney (Jason Sudeikis) is a real highlight, along with all of Kellyanne Conway's quips (played by Kate McKinnon, who also was Hillary Clinton).
The real Donald watched this sketch, and after blasting Hamilton for a second time on Twitter, turned his attention to SNL again.
