Meryl Streep has it all figured out. The Oscar never-not-winning actress is promoting her new film Florence Foster Jenkins, and was recently asked (opens in new tab) who she'd like to play her in a biopic. Her answer? "Amy Schumer, of course." Dang, Meryl had this answer lined up and ready to go. Like, she has been thinking about this.

Sadly, the icon didn't explain why she'd pick Amy, but isn't it obvious? She's funny, talented, skilled at character work, and would do a killer Meryl-as-Margaret-Thatcher impression. And good news: she might actually be game.

Honestly, we're not sure why Amy Schumer hasn't already been asked to play a badass feminist hero in a biopic. Potential candidates include:

1. Ruth Bader Ginsberg

2. Hillary Clinton

3. Kim Kardashian (oh wait (opens in new tab))

4. Literally everyone because she can do anything and we love her, the end.
