Oh my God Meghan Markle and Prince Harry’s heart melting baby officially has a heart melting name to go with it: Archie Harrison Mountbatten-Windsor.

And it’s a name that makes us reconsider the phrase “kids say the darndest things.” Turns out kids also say the most global headline making things! Because Prince George, first son of the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, revealed the name of new royal baby Archie months ago.

This past January, the young prince was petting a commoner's dog near his maternal grandmother's home in Berkshire, England when he dropped the name. The dog walker asked for the Prince's name and he replied: "I’m called Archie," reports The Sun.

Prince George, reportedly, had the biggest grin on his face after he revealed his identity as Archie. The Cut initially reported that Archie the first, err, Prince George, was hiding a secret identity. It's clear that he was indeed up to something, being five-years-old, thus able to contain secrets about as well as a fizzing soda bottle.

Or maybe, he's playing chess and we're all playing checkers. Prince George could have possibly wanted to see the buzz around the possible new royal name. Since focus groups are banned at royal establishments, he probably wanted to do some field work and see what dog walkers and commoners alike feel about the name, Archie.

Or maybe, he is really named Archie and the new baby is named in his honor.

Or maybe, he is a huge Riverdale and comics fan and just loves Cole Sprouse and KJ Apa's work.

Or maybe, he's just five.

Whatever the reveal reason may be, thank you little Prince for leaving a trail of clues for us big people. You sly royal, you.
