When you've portrayed Bob Dylan, it can't be that much harder to play a cross between Donatella Versace and Regina George if she'd never taken up lacrosse. But professional living Brancusi Cate Blanchett gives it her all anyway in this new clip from Kenneth Branagh's Cinderella as the titular character's haughty, leopard-print-dressing-gown-clad stepmother.

Like we first saw in the kinda-sorta-feminist trailer (opens in new tab) that was really all about Richard Madden's eyes, C.B. as Lady Tremaine is mercilessly evil but super glam even when it's breakfast time and she and her daughters are ragging on poor Ella. Will Kenneth Branagh go with the version in which birds blind them? Or the Ever After one where they end up working in the laundry room? Scan for clues below.
