She may have been MIA at Monday's Met Gala (what gives?), but one of our favorite stylish celebs, Kate Bosworth, has been tapped as the new face of Cotton Incorporated. Following in the footsteps of Zooey Deschanel (opens in new tab), Bosworth stars in a new television spot (set to debut nationwide on Friday), decked out in cotton designs by the likes of Prada, Rodarte, and Proenza Schouler. While we're perfectly content to watch the chic JewelMint designer swan about in a Gatsby-esque setting, you might be surprised to learn that Bosworth herself is behind the tune that plays throughout the ad. Making her singing debut, the actress took to the recording studio to lay down her own version of the Cotton Inc. theme song. From her pretty printed frocks to those spare, folksy vocals, we think Kate definitely did the fluffy stuff justice—but how about you? Check out the ad, then sound off below!
