Paired with pale lips and cheeks (try Revlon PhotoReady™ Cream Blush in Pinched, 1), a classic cat eye becomes retro-ready with the flick—or dot—of the wrist, as seen on the Anna Sui A/W 2013 runway. "Begin by outlining the shape of the design, then fill in the space with a liquid liner such as Shiseido Liquid Liner (3) and let dry," recommends Guilis. Perfect the shape and sharpen any details with a second layer of liner. For lashes à la Twiggy, use the same liquid liner or the tip of a mascara wand—like Clinique Bottom Lash Mascara (2)—to draw in small circles at the base of the lower lash.
