Hi. I'm Jennifer Galardi and I've got some great quick exercises to help improve your posture and help you feel taller and more confident in no time. Very easy, we're just gonna start with feet distance apart, inhale, fill up the rib cage out to the side as you exhale. Start pulling that belly back to the spine closing the rib cage as someone just tighten the course on you. So that's really gonna get you long and lean right and through here. Now, pick those shoulders up to those ears, roll them back. So already, you should be gaining inches. Now, bring the feet together, first position squeeze the heels and inner thighs pull up as if someone is pulling a zipper up you. Extend the arms long, shoulders down. Inhale, as you exhale drop the chin to the chest, scoop the belly up, feel it go in, pull up, resist against the gravity as you go down. This is gonna lengthen your back create space in your vertebrae, inhale, as you exhale come up roll through the movement, really pull that belly and think of that course that's squeezing you in, roll the shoulders back the last thing to come up. Let's do one more inhale scoop, exhale as if your arms are coming around a big old beach ball, lower down slowly with control pushing energy down through the feet. Strong legs, inhale, exhale, roll up, pull the belly in, relax the neck again creating space in those vertebrae, strong trunk and exhale, pull that rib cage back, feel like you have a board right on either side here and here.
