Most people know what to look for when it comes to skincare: retinol, SPF, peptides, and plenty of hydration. Makeup, on the other hand, isn’t quite as straightforward. The goal isn’t to pile on coverage; it’s to find formulas that smooth, hydrate, and enhance skin without settling into fine lines or emphasizing texture.
Today’s makeup formulas are increasingly designed with built-in skincare benefits, often incorporating ingredients like hyaluronic acid, peptides, and squalane to help skin look plump and healthy.
