It's easy to forget that actress/director/writer Angelina Jolie was once an up-and-comer, honing her skill in acting class like every *other* young wannabe starlet on the block. But Daily Mail posted a reminder yesterday: a rare clip from one of Jolie's early acting sessions.
Jolie, then in her teens, does some intense scenes with a fellow student. Her lines are a bit creepy, the emotions are all over the place, and her face is achingly expressive. But you can see the talent. No wonder she won an Oscar for Girl Interrupted shortly thereafter.
