In the most recent developments to the ongoing divorce proceedings between Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie, Pitt has filed a memorandum requesting to have upcoming documents pertaining to their custody battle sealed, claiming Jolie has revealed sensitive information about their children through public court filings.
In documents obtained by People, Pitt says that his former spouse "exposed the children by making public the names of their therapists and other mental health professionals" and "appears to be determined to ignore even agreed upon standards relating to the children's best interest."
He accuses Jolie of having "no self-regulating mechanism," as evidenced by her re-release of documents containing private information about their children's lives. "Although she had already made them public, she did it again," the documents read.
Pitt's previous request for an emergency hearing to have all documents sealed was denied. Jolie's attorney has previously said that while she was not against having the documents out of the public eye, she opposed the motion because Pitt didn't consult with them before making the request.
