Earlier this week, Johansson stunned at the Venice International Film Festival, wearing an off-the-shoulder black gown and a stunning diamond ring on her left ring finger. Dauriac, who works as a journalist and creative agency director, reportedly proposed a month ago with a vintage Art Deco ring—the same one the actress was photographed wearing while promoting her upcoming film, "Under the Skin."
In an interview with Marie Claire for the magazine's April issue, Johansson spoke candidly of her romantic life, saying that she was not a fan of "jealous behavior." She added, "I continue to get to know myself better as I get older. And that helps me in my relationships."
News of the engagement comes three years after Johansson and her former husband, Ryan Reynolds, divorced in 2010. Reynolds married actress Blake Lively in September 2012.
