Last night, Britney Spears was honored with the Radio Disney Music Awards' first-ever Icon Award—fitting, considering Brit and the Mouse go way, way back.

The show's hosts, Kelsea Ballerini and Sofia Carson, along with singer and actress Hailee Steinfeld, took the stage in classic Britney-inspired ensembles to perform a medley of her biggest hits. And they nailed it:

But things got really emotional when Brit's little sister, Jamie Lynn Spears, stepped out on stage to sing "Till the World Ends" and present the Icon Award. Britney could barely handle it.
