The rapper/former Degrassi star made an appearance on The Tonight Show, where Jimmy Fallon gifted him a tiny paper Drake for perching purposes. Naturally, Drake put Mini Drake on his shoulder, and the rest is meme history.
If the hashtag #DrakeOnDrake hasn't already been born, well, get ready.
