In the event that you need another reason to rally behind Wonder Woman, Gal Gadot just revealed that DC Comics' new incarnation of the iconic heroine could very well be bisexual. Though, her sexuality won't get explored in the upcoming film.
She can be bisexual. She loves people for their hearts.
"In this movie she does not experience any bisexual relationships," Gadot recently said. "But it's not about that. She's a woman who loves people for who they are. She can be bisexual. She loves people for their hearts."
As the star notes, Wonder Woman lived on the female-populated island of Themyscira for years, so having a relationship with another equally wonderful woman "makes sense." And while it would be cool if this side of the character's sexuality was explored in the film, at least we're at a point where the possibility of bisexuality is openly talked about. Baby steps.
