Gear up for Project Runway's 12th season the same way Heidi and Tim do: with a promotional billboard! But not just any billboard, Project Runway fanatics — this original image was banned in LA, deemed "too sexy" for the City of Angels. Well, we in NYC get the good stuff, as the image will appear as is on billboards and posters throughout the city.
Season 12 promises a unique Project Runway experience to set it apart from the show's preceding challenges and designers. This season will feature more high-profile guest judges than ever before, including Kate Bosworth, Kelly Osbourne, Allison Williams, and even original Project Runway judge Michael Kors. Not to mention, fans will now be integrated into the show like never before with the help of PlayRunway, a new interactive on-screen feature to encourage viewers to share their reactions using their smartphones, tablets, and computers.
If only indicated by the billboard, Season 12 is sure to be a doozy, in the best possible way. Tune in to the premiere on Thursday, July 18, at 9 p.m. EST on Lifetime.
